Currently, we offer delivery services to the following areas:

- Europe: Western Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.), Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, etc.), and Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, etc.)
- Asia: China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and other major countries/regions
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, and other major countries/regions
Note: Remote areas within the above regions may require additional delivery time or incur remote-area surcharges. We will notify you in advance of any such charges.
2. Carriers and Transit Time
Your order delivery time depends on the shipping address. Once the order is processed, we will entrust it to well-known international logistics carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS for delivery, ensuring safe arrival. Delivery time to most international destinations is typically 10-14 business days, but specific times vary by region, as detailed below:
2.1 North America
- United States: Delivery time is 7-14 business days, primarily handled by UPS and FedEx, with stable capacity.
2.2 Europe
- Europe: Delivery time is 7-14 business days, leveraging the extensive network coverage of DHL, TNT, and UPS to meet the needs of different regions.
2.3 Canada and Other International Regions
- Canada: Delivery time is 10-15 business days, primarily using UPS and EMS as carriers; Other international regions (including Asia, Oceania, etc.): Delivery time may vary, typically 10-20 business days, handled by DHL, SF Express, etc., on demand.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or weather-related issues. We will do our best to coordinate with carriers to track logistics progress and provide timely updates.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will process it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders submitted after 17:00 (UTC+8) will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, order processing time may extend to 3-5 business days; we will notify you in advance on our website.
4. Customs Clearance and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and payment of duties and other taxes in the destination country/region. The recipient bears these costs, and they are not included in the shipping cost or the price of the goods. Our partner carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) have strong customs clearance capabilities and will assist in completing customs procedures. However, delays caused by customs policy adjustments, inspections, or incomplete documentation are beyond our control. We will keep you updated on the logistics progress promptly.
5. Logistics Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a delivery confirmation email containing the carrier's name, tracking number, and tracking link. You can check the real-time logistics status of your goods through the carrier's website or our order center. Key milestones (collected, in transit, customs clearance completed, delivery in progress, delivered) will be updated promptly.
6. Special Circumstances
Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics), customs inspections, peak logistics seasons, or incorrect recipient information. We will do our best to coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and notify you of the delay as soon as possible. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by unavoidable delays.
