Payment Methods
Currently, bujakmudge only supports PayPal payments. This includes PayPal account balance, linked credit/debit cards, and bank transfers – all payment methods accepted by the PayPal platform. This meets the payment needs of multiple regions and currencies; the currency will be automatically adapted and converted based on the transaction scenario.

Payment Process
1. Confirm the transaction order: On the bujakmudge platform, verify the order information (including product/service details, amount, quantity, etc.). After confirming everything is correct, submit the order.
2. Select payment method: On the payment page, select PayPal as the payment method and click "Proceed to Payment" to be redirected to the official PayPal payment page.
3. Complete PayPal verification: Log in to your personal PayPal account, select the funding source for this payment, and complete the SMS verification, password confirmation, and other operations as prompted on the page.
4. Confirm successful payment: After the payment is completed, the page will automatically redirect back to the bujakmudge platform. You will also receive dual payment success notifications from both PayPal and the platform, and the order will then enter the processing stage.

Payment Security
1. Official channel redirection: All payment operations are redirected to the official PayPal encrypted page. The bujakmudge platform will not obtain your PayPal account password, bank card number, or other sensitive information, thus preventing information leakage risks from the source.
2. Dual risk control protection:  Leveraging both the PayPal platform's risk control system (transaction anomaly monitoring, account security verification) and bujakmudge's order verification mechanism, each transaction undergoes a dual review to prevent malicious payments and fraudulent orders;
3. Transaction record retention: After each payment is completed, PayPal and bujakmudge will each generate an electronic transaction receipt, which can be permanently accessed in your personal account, providing legal and valid evidence for subsequent after-sales service and reconciliation.
4. Fund security guarantee: Following PayPal's fund settlement rules, funds will be held in escrow according to platform regulations until the transaction is confirmed as complete, protecting the financial interests of both buyers and sellers. Payment Issues
1. Failed to redirect to the PayPal page/Loading error
- Troubleshoot your network environment: Switch to a stable network (wired network on a computer is recommended), clear your browser cache, or try again with a mainstream browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari);
- Check order status: Return to your bujakmudge personal center and check if the order is in "Pending Payment" status. If the order times out, it will be automatically closed. You can create a new order and pay again.

2. PayPal payment shows "Insufficient funds/Payment channel unavailable."
- Verify your funding source: Check if your PayPal account balance is sufficient, or if your linked bank card/credit card is in good standing (not reported lost, not expired, and has enough credit limit).
- Change payment method: On the PayPal payment page, switch to another funding source (e.g., from bank card to PayPal balance) to complete the payment.

3. Payment is deducted, but the platform shows "Unpaid."
- Confirm payment proof: Check your PayPal account's "Transaction History" for the corresponding deduction record and save a screenshot of the transaction details;
- Wait for system synchronization: Due to delays in cross-platform data synchronization, please wait patiently for 5-10 minutes after the deduction and refresh the platform order page to check the status.
- Contact customer service for verification: If the order status is still not updated after 30 minutes, you can contact bujakmudge official customer service with a screenshot of your PayPal transaction details for manual verification. Customer service will provide feedback on the processing result within 1-2 business days.

4. Need to cancel order/request a refund after successful payment
- Refund application process: Find the corresponding order in your bujakmudge personal center, click "Apply for Refund" and fill in the reason for the refund, then submit and wait for platform review.
- Refund arrival rules: After approval, the refund amount will be returned to your payment channel according to PayPal platform rules. PayPal balance payments are credited instantly, while bank card/credit card payments generally take 1-7 business days (depending on the issuing bank's processing speed).
- Special circumstances: If the order has already entered the processing stage, you need to confirm with customer service whether it can be canceled. Some customized goods/services may not be eligible for unconditional refunds once confirmed. 5. Other payment-related issues:
Please send a description of the problem along with relevant screenshots (order page, PayPal transaction page) to the official Bujakmudge customer service email/customer service window. Customer service will respond within 24 hours during business hours.
