1. Applicable Return Period
You may apply for a return of goods that meet the conditions stipulated in this policy within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods (based on the logistics receipt time). After this period, it will be considered that you have confirmed that the goods are without problems, and no further return applications will be accepted (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations).
2. Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product itself is intact and undamaged, without signs of use, scratches, deformation, or breakage, and has not been disassembled, modified, or repaired.
- All accessories, attachments, gifts (if any), instruction manual, warranty card, and original packaging are complete and in good condition, without missing or damaged items.
- Tag tags and anti-counterfeiting labels (if any) are intact and do not affect the product's resale value.
- Non-customized products and specially customized products (made to your individual needs and not suitable for resale) are not eligible for return. Please confirm with customer service in advance for special circumstances.
- For returns due to product quality issues (such as performance failure, material defects, or workmanship problems), clear photos/videos of the product issue must be provided as evidence. These will be prioritized after confirmation by customer service.
3. Circumstances Where Returns Are Not Supported
Bujakmudge reserves the right to refuse a return request under any of the following circumstances:
- Goods returned after the 14-day return period;
- Goods that have been used, worn, modified, disassembled, or are missing accessories, packaging, tags, etc., affecting resale;
- Returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size, wrong purchase, etc.), where the goods no longer meet the conditions for resale;
- Customized items, disposable consumables, and intimate apparel (if there are no quality issues);
- Goods damaged due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, accidental damage during transportation, etc., factors not attributable to either party), which must be handled according to the logistics claims process and are not subject to this return policy;
- Goods without quality issues, returned solely due to personal subjective feelings (e.g., color or style not matching expectations), and not submitted within 14 days, or the goods have already affected resale.
4. Return Process
- Application Initiation: Within the return period, you can contact us through bujakmudge's official customer service channels (such as online customer service on the official website, official email, customer service hotline, etc.), stating the order number, product name, reason for return, and providing relevant supporting documents (such as photos/videos of product issues, logistics receipt records, etc.);
- Review and Confirmation: Customer service will review your return application and supporting documents within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will be informed of the return address, contact person, and precautions; if not approved, the specific reasons will be explained;
- Product Return: Within 3 business days of approval, you must send the eligible product and related accessories and packaging to the designated return address. You are responsible for choosing the return logistics, and the shipping cost will be handled according to Article 5 of this policy;
- Acceptance Confirmation: After receiving the returned product, bujakmudge will inspect it within 3-5 business days to confirm whether the product meets the return conditions;
- Refund Processing: After acceptance, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account (such as bank card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.). The refund arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment platform and bank, usually 1-7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, missing items, or other reasons attributable to us, bujakmudge will bear the shipping costs. 1. You can pay the shipping fee upfront. After the returned item is inspected and accepted, you can contact customer service for reimbursement with valid shipping receipts (such as courier slips or shipping invoices). The reimbursement amount will be based on the actual reasonable shipping cost incurred (excluding express fees, insurance fees, and other value-added fees).
- For returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, or wrong purchase), you will be responsible for the shipping fee, and you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs and other related matters.
